Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM EST), excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • All orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day Priority at no additional cost.

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days.

  • We currently ship only within the continental United States.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • International addresses

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam

Signature Requirements

  • Due to the value of our items, all orders are shipped with a signature required.

  • If your order total is under $500, you may waive the signature requirement at checkout.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses

  • We recommend shipping to the billing address of your payment method for security.

  • If you choose to ship to a different address (e.g., work, second home, gift), you accept full responsibility for lost or misdelivered packages.

Shipping to Businesses

We can ship to verified business addresses. Please include the company name and a valid phone number when placing your order.

Multiple-Item Orders

If your order includes multiple items housed at different facilities, they may ship separately at no extra charge to you.
