At Elevated Again, we take pride in offering authenticated, pre-owned luxury handbags. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help—within the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return window, beginning the day your item is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be in the same condition as received (unused, with tags, dust bag, and original packaging).

You must submit a return request via email within 7 days of delivery.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Alternatively, you may return the item in person at our Florida location.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@elevatedagain.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately. We’ll make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Klarna Orders – Additional Return Terms
For orders placed using Klarna, we comply with Klarna’s return standards:

Right to Return: Customers who purchase using Klarna are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened and unused for sanitary reasons. This applies only to Klarna purchases. Store credit, exchanges, or restocking fees are not applicable for Klarna returns.
